Refund & Return Policy

Effective date: September 12, 2026

This Refund & Return Policy applies to eligible purchases processed by Mr. Buff Inc. through House Thirteen Sixteen / House 1316 and, where applicable, affiliated brands including Big Boys and Girl Gang.

1. 30-Day Return Window

For eligible products, you may request a return within 30 days after the product is delivered to you. The 30-day period begins on the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible, merchandise must generally be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging where applicable, unless the return concerns a manufacturing defect or an error by House 1316.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact info@house1316.com and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Returns must be approved before merchandise is sent back. We will provide return instructions for approved requests.

3. Return Shipping

For an approved standard return, House 1316 will cover the return shipping cost using the return method or label we provide. Merchandise sent using an unapproved shipping method may not qualify for reimbursement of shipping costs.

4. Size Exchanges

We accept eligible size exchanges when replacement inventory is available. If a size exchange requires the original item to be returned and a replacement item to be shipped, the customer is responsible for the logistics costs associated with the return and the new shipment.

5. Virtual Fitting Room and Fit Previews

Virtual fitting-room images, AI-assisted try-on previews, base-model previews, and similar visualizations are provided to help customers visualize a product. They are illustrative and may not reproduce exact garment fit, drape, scale, color, texture, lighting, body proportions, or final appearance.

A virtual fitting-room preview is not a guarantee that a particular size will fit and does not replace product measurements, size charts, product descriptions, or other sizing information. Eligibility for a return or exchange continues to be determined by this Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

6. Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially produced products are not returnable or refundable unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect or House 1316 made an error in producing the approved order.

Differences that result from customer-supplied artwork, approved proofs, submitted instructions, sizing choices, or characteristics reasonably inherent to the selected production process are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.

7. Sale and Final-Sale Products

Products sold on sale, clearance, promotional final-sale pricing, or otherwise marked “Final Sale” are not returnable or refundable.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what House 1316 was responsible for supplying, you must report the issue within 10 days after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs or other information reasonably needed to evaluate the issue. If we confirm the problem, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy. For confirmed defects or House 1316 fulfillment errors, we will cover reasonable return shipping required by us.

9. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original method of payment. If a refund cannot reasonably be returned to the original card or payment method, House 1316 may issue store credit or, when operationally appropriate and legally permitted, a cash refund.

Processing times after approval may vary by bank, card issuer, payment processor, and payment method.

10. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping or delivery charges are generally non-refundable. If the return is caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect, an incorrect item sent by House 1316, or another error for which House 1316 is responsible, we may also refund or otherwise address the original shipping charge as appropriate.

11. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and previously issued store credit are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

12. Order Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to honor cancellation requests received before an order enters production, processing, or fulfillment. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible. Custom orders cannot generally be canceled after production has begun.

13. Refund Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, altered merchandise, excessive or improper return activity, or failure to comply with this Policy, subject to applicable law.
